INOX Surface Treatment B.V.
INOX Surface Treatment B.V. is specialised in the chemical - technical surface treatment of stainless steel and mild steel, as well in our workshop as on location.
- Degreasing, Pickling, Passivating and Desinfecting of several objects and piping systems by flushing or circulation.
- Pickling/passivating by dipping (pick-ling/passivating bath) or spraying High pressure cleaning
- Ultrasone and chemical cleaning of aircoolers, heaters etc.
- Cleaning of boilers and economisers as well water/steam side as fire/smoke side
- Boiler brickwork repairs
- Up grading of storage tanks or cargo tanks (eventual on route)
FERRO Mechanics B.V.
Ferro mechanics B.V. is specialised in the mechanical surface treat ment of stainless steel and mild steel, as well in our workshop as on location.
- Removing of welding spats and damages (for instance new building sections)
- Grinding and polishing
- Pitting grinding Polishing to a maximum Ra value
- Micropeening (workshop)
- Welding repairs
- Delivery of welders / cleaners / people needed for plant stops etc.
Supervision, trouble shooting and inspections of stainless steel surfaces
